Zoo Atlanta

We had a few visitors in town last week.  Brody's Grandpa & Grandma Ellis, Aunt Mo, Aunt KK and cousin Linkan were here.  Everyone had a fun time hanging out & we decided to take a trip to Zoo Atlanta.  This was Brody's & Linkan's first ever visit to the Zoo.  They loved looking at all the animals & it's so fun to watch the babies observing all the animals! Our favorite thing to watch was the Gorilla's.  We caught them during a scheduled feeding time & it was so fascinating.. although they decided to 'relieve' themselves right in front of the viewing wall. Ick.There was a new baby gorilla & also a pregnant mother with a big prego belly.  Really amazing animals.   Zoo Atlanta also has a new 4 month old Panda Bear,Po,who is the cutest.thing.ever.

Hurley & Me

Now that Brody is mobile his favorite game other than pick up what I throw on the ground is chasing Hurley around the living room.  Hurley will grab his toys and move to one side of the room and then Brody will be over there before you know it.  The joys of being a big brother I guess!

My New Red Wagon

Finally the weather has decided to cooperate with us!  It's been super nice the past couple of weeks & that means we have finally gotten to try out Brody's new red wagon.  It was a Christmas present from his Granny Deb & Grandpa Chris.  It is a super cool 2 seater, Radio Flyer red wagon complete with cup holders.  Brody has loved to get into the seat & take a ride. If I could fit in it, I'd ride with him too!!  We have a couple of different swing sets in our neighborhood so we always like to stop & play.  I have no doubt we will get some good use out of the wagon for years to come!
